Thermal fluid heater is generally used in our wood product industry. Under 250°C high temperature, thermal fluid heater pressure is 0.8MPa, but even 2.5MPa steam boiler can just reach 225°C. ZOZEN thermal fluid heater has very high thermal efficiency and the energy consumption is 50% of a steam boiler. ZOZEN also has rich experience for Russia GOST certification. During the process of tire manufacturing, high-temperature vulcanization is required. The energy mainly consumed is steam and electricity, and vulcanization is the process of digesting most steam. Therefore, when we choose the boiler, we will not only need to meet the requirements of low emission, but also consider the thermal efficiency of boiler fuel.
